Kettlebell Fat Burner: Toned in 10 Workout No.6
Equipment: 1 heavy KB, 2 medium KB (or a combo of medium and light)
Warm up:

KB Tabata 1:
1) KB Swings
2) Staggered stance heel lifted deadlift L
3) Skiier Swings
4) Goblet squat
5) Squat underpass to shoulder stop
6) Stiff leg deadlift
7) Squat rockers
8) Lunge pass-unders L
KB Tabata 2: (note: if you are using kettlebells of 2 different weights on the double KB moves, switch arms this Tabata)
1) KB Swings
2) Staggered stance heel lifted deadlift R
3) Skiier Swings
