TABATA 1) Everests Burpees, plank jack shoulder taps, star jumps Burpees, mountain climbers (x2)
STRENGTH 1: Step up, kick-back, reverse lunge, hammer curl (L)
STRENGTH 2: Step up, kick-back, reverse lunge, o/h press (R)
STRENGTH 3: Heel-elevated squats
Weighted TABATA 2) Forward lunge (L&R), Plie squat, 2 cross mountain climbers & 2 plank kick throughs, side-lunge to curtsey lunge (x2)
STRENGTH 1: S. leg deadlift w/ s. arm row (L)
STRENGTH 2: S. leg deadlift w/ s. arm row (R)
STRENGTH 3: Curtsey lunge w/ b-curl to O/H press (L&R)
TABATA 3) speed skaters (ALT) competition Burpees (x4)
STRENGTH 1: Bombshell get-up to squat hold (L)
STRENGTH 2: Bombshell get-ups (R)
STRENGTH 3: Dumbbell drag in plank
TABATA 4) Man makers (ALT) Stand Up Sit-Up Burpees (x4)
STRENGTH 1: Weighted leg pull-in, s. leg pikes
STRENGTH 2: Rotating side plank dips, fwd toe-touch, Angel, knee-to-elbow
STRENGTH 3: Forearm plank reach
