The Triple Threat Series workouts are fun, efficient, and effective metabolism boosting workouts, designed to supercharge fat loss, build lean muscle definition, and increase strength. This series is based on a tri-superset system, using a strength exercise, superset with a stability exercise, superset with a HIIT exercise. This series will give you mega fat burn in a short amount of time, while also carving out muscle definition.
Leg Slimming Butt & Thigh Workout – Triple Threat Series #10
Strength & Stability:10 reps each exercise
HIIT Intervals: 50/10
Optional Equipment: set of dumbbells, step/chair/bench, basketball/med ball/bosu)
Tri-set #1
Strength: Uneven squat w/ bottom tri-pulse (L)
Stability: Single leg deadlift (L) w/ calve raise
HIIT: Lateral step-up, lateral leg lift w/ crunch (L)
Tri-set #2
Strength: Uneven squat w/ bottom tri-pulse (R)
Stability: Single leg deadlift (R) w/ calve raise
HIIT: Lateral step-up, lateral leg lift w/ crunch (R)
Tri-set #3
Strength: Pause goblet squat w/ calve raise
Stability: Ball Bulgarian split squat, s. leg deadlift (L)
HIIT: Curtsey lunge, plank jack, front jump kick (or front kick for low impact)
Tri-set #4
Strength: Sumo squat, Sumo deadlift
Stability: Ball Bulgarian split squat, s. leg deadlift (R)
HIIT: Curtsey lunge w/ kick (alt L&R)
Tri-set #5
Strength: Side lunge (alt L&R)
Stability: Transverse bombshell get up (alt L&R)
HIIT: Pliet squat, curtsey lunge, roundhouse (L&R)
ABS BURNOUT
(45/10 interval)
1) Stand up sit-ups
2) Elbow plank reach & pause (alt L&R arms)
3) Ball plank, leg lifts (alt L&R)
4) Weighted leg pull-ins (SSD)
5) Leg Raises w/ hip lift (L, R, C)
