Lean Body Workout Series
This series will focus on fat burning and muscle toning. All the workouts in the series are high-intensity interval training workouts, ranging from 12-18 minutes. They do not include a warm up or cool down as they are meant to be stacked, depending on fitness level and time constraints. All fitness levels can do these. You can go at your own pace within the timed interval, as long as you are working at YOUR max effort. This series is designed to encourage fat burning and full body toning. It is meant to challenge your body and help you break through any plateaus.
