This is a high intensity cardio kickboxing workout. You can modify to low-impact while still keeping it high intensity by just taking out any jumping. Do your kickboxing moves as fast as you can in the interval and don't worry if you don't match my pace. You are not meant to - my pace is a target for you to keep working towards so go at your own pace. All the Lean Body Series workouts are meant to be done at MAX intensity (individualized to you). If you are working at your MAX intensity, you will burn more in 1 round of this than you will in a longer less intense workout. It’s time saving and super effective fat burning and muscle sculpting at it’s finest! The workouts in the Lean Body Series are for EVERYbody - men and women of all ages and fitness levels. No matter who you are, this series will get you shredded and breaking through plateaus!
