This is the 11th workout in the Lean Body Series and it's a hardcore efficient fat blaster! Super fun too! I think it's my new favorite. This is a killer bodyweight, no excuse workout. You can do this anywhere, with no equipment. All levels can do this, just go at your own max pace. The workouts in the Lean Body Series are for EVERYbody - men and women of all ages and fitness levels. No matter who you are, this series will get you shredded and breaking through plateaus! Are you ready to suck wind and drop sweat?! Repeat 1-3 times or combine with another workout from the Lean Body Series. Let's do this!

Lean Body Series: Workout #11 Tabata (16 mins)
OPTIONAL: A single 5-15 lb dumbbell
Tabata 1) Jab cross jab knee (L&R 4 sets) / Back kick, knee, front kick (or front jump kick) 4 sets
Tabata 2) Plank kick throughs ALTERNATE plank jack shoulder taps
Tabata 3) Double-knee side-kick (4 sets) / Static squat cross-punches (SSD)
Tabata 4) Superman plank knee-to-elbow (4 sets) / Stand up sit ups (4 sets)
