30 Second Cardio Intervals Of Jab Cross Jab Knee Roundhouse, Side-kick (Repeat 1-3X)
Optional Equipment: Set Of Dumbbells, Hard Ball
1) 30 sec: Plank thrust, wide plank hell-raiser (leading L)
2) 30 sec: Plank frogger, narrow plank, hell-raiser (leading R)
3) 30 sec: Pulsing lunge w/ hop (L)
4) 30 sec: Pulsing lunge w/ hop (R)
5) 30 sec: Plank jack jump tuck Burpee
6) 30 sec: Curtsey lunge, kick, squat (L&R)
7) 30 sec: Russian Kicks
8) 30 sec: Plank leg lifts & ext, plank jack (L)
9) 30 sec: Plank leg lift & ext, plank jack (R)
10) 30 sec: X-jump touch-downs
11) 30 sec: Leg raise w/ V-crunch
12) 30 sec: Stand-up sit-up Burpee to plank jack Burpee
