Glutes Gone Wild No.3: Resistance Band HIIT Workout
Glutes Gone Wild 3: Fat Burning Resistance band HIIT cardio + strength workout for legs & glutes
Optional equipment: loop bands (can do without bands)
40 second intervals each exercise w/ 20 seconds of cardio HIIT between each exercise. The HIIT will be quarter squat ankle jacks alternated with shallow pendulum squat jumps. For the squat jacks land with weight mostly in heels and don’t need a lot of height on the jacks.
1) Lateral walks shuffle (2 steps L, 2 steps R)
2) Monster walks w/ 180 degree squat jump (or low impact squat and turn)
3) Reverse monster walks w/ 180 degree squat jump
4) Standing glute kickbacks (L)
5) Standing glute kickbacks R)
6) Squat to lateral leg lift (alternating)
7) Standing Hamstring Curl L
8) Standing Hamstring Curl R
9) Quadruped butt blaster w/ arc (over other leg and back) L
10) Quadruped butt blaster w/ arc R
11) Donkey kick R
13) Donkey kick L
